The primary purpose of this role is to manage our incoming opportunities and quotations, speaking with clients; and then liaising with our Property Development Operations Team in order to agree an approach to pricing results in a competitive package to secure the work. In addition, targeting and creating new opportunities, with their subsequent conversion will be a necessity in an increasingly competitive market place.
Responsible for fielding initial enquiries and establishing the most appropriate method of managing each enquiry in line with a view to exceeding client expectations
Researching strategically important incoming enquiries and identifying opportunities for cross-selling
Contacting clients to follow up on estimates
Converting estimates into successful instructions
With technical input from others, compiling quality fee proposals for strategic target projects
Tracking success of bids and analysing trends
Undertaking research and identifying leads to build sales relating to BIM
Using social media as a tool to business development and market our offering to create opportunities for property-related services
Will have experience in an Account or Commercial Management, or Sales orientated capacity.
Proven experience building long term relationships with clients
Proven track record achieving sales targets
Work in a cooperative and consultative way
Will have excellent team working skills and will convey a positive sense of direction and team spirit.
Will be a pro-active and effective communicator, both verbal and written.
Working knowledge and experience of using IT applications
Familiar with using Social Media for business development and sales purposes.
