Working for a forward thinking company you will be responsible for a division of the company with approx 17m t/o per year
Credit experience and SAP knowledge essential
o Has 3 large distributors (numerous queries)
o Over 200 direct accounts (numerous phone calls both internal and external)
o Cash allocation
o Opening new accounts, securing financial information, liaising with Manager and team
o Securing payment and where failing working with Manager through legal
channels (if necessary)
o Due to nature of business numerous queries and have control through Excel of these
items
o Daily communication via all means to sales, service and admin team
o Month end reporting using Excel spreadsheets
o Downloading Financials and management of customer files from Companies House
• Assisting colleagues and covering where needed
• On rota for general duties shared within the department i.e. D/D run
