Financial Services Administrator
For this role you will need -
Minimum 2 year's experience within the Financial Services Industry.
Minimum 2 year's experience of working within a fast paced Customer service centre taking a high volume of calls each day
Good knowledge of word and excel
your duties will include -
To undertake work allocated by the Client Services Manager.
Deal politely with clients on the telephone and pass any difficult conversations to the Team Leader as necessary.
Deal with correspondence to and from clients as necessary, bringing any issues to the attention of the Line Manager.
Maintain effective and efficient work processes as agreed with the Manager and ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Undertake training, as agreed with the Line Manager.
Ensure that objectives set by the Line Manager are met and refer any issues as necessary.
Maintain any control systems and ensure the accuracy and quality of the work given the Line Manager.
Achieve and maintain agreed service standards as laid down by the Line Manager.
Compile any management information for internal reporting as required by the Line Manager
