The client is looking for someone with solid working experience within the Group Risk sector and ideally Flexible Benefits
You will be -
Providing vital support to the Consultants and expected to act as the technical interface between the consultants and clients, have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Be responsible for providing a professional and holistic financial service not only to the Consultant, but also to the clients.
Provide all aspects of Group Risk support within the Financial Services team and working closely with the Consultants.
Complete the re-broking of all group schemes – i.e. Group PMI, Group Life and Group PHI including liaising with and presenting to consultants on outcome of renewal calculations & advising client of outcome if required.
Ø Preparation of the suitability letters and report writing including preparation of spread sheets.
Ø Research and recommendations with full audit trail.
Ø Maintain positive relations with Insurers and their representatives.
Ø Dealing with group risk client queries raised by either employer/employee or insurer/consultant.
Ø Accompany consultants on client visits when required.
Ø Responsible for ensuring own knowledge kept up to date and to notify colleagues of any relevant developments.
