My client an international technical branding company are looking for a new head of HR. The right candidate must be a strategist who thinks quickly and can manage independently. This role sits within the senior management and requires a person who is highly motivated and has the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
This role is a HR generalist role who can look at HR from cradle to grave. Recruitment and talent leadership experience is essential along with fluent English and German language skills. Involved in this role is not only daily running of operational HR but management of a number of interesting projects.
