My client has an immediate need for an IT Delivery Support person.
You will be required to provide First and Second Line IT Support to Colleagues, Customers and Suppliers in an efficient and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide First and Second Line IT Support to Colleagues, Customers and Suppliers, within agreed SLA’s.
- Escalate Third Line IT Support calls to relevant Colleagues or Suppliers.
- Record all work through the IT Helpdesk.
- Run all required daily / weekly procedures to ensure an effective and efficient IT system.
- Support the requirements of the IT Service Delivery Team Leader and other IT Department Staff.
- Work closely within the IT Department to obtain a good level of understanding in all aspects of business.
- Assist in the training of Colleagues in the use of standard business software (e.g. MS Office Applications, Phone Manager etc), and produce Training Guides.
- Create Documentation for new software, policies or procedures.
