Job purpose: 1. Provide support to Adviser in managing new and existing client relationships 2. Ensuring that all research and necessary reports have been completed for the Adviser to present to the client 3. Implement necessary changes to clients financial affairs to help them achieve their lifetime goals 4. Assist the company in moving forward and growth 5. Free up time so that Adviser can give more time to business development needs Key objectives: 1. Assist in providing a comprehensive holistic financial planning service to clients 2. Client relationship management 3. Ensuring retention of clients through effective relationship management 4. Assist Adviser in generating fee income for the practice 5. Delivering high quality, compliant, ethical advice and service to clients 6. Take tasks away from Adviser that could be done by Paraplanner/Administrator 1. Diploma Qualified minimum. Willingness to take more exams. Ultimate goal = Certified Financial Planner 2. Ideally already experienced in Cashflow modelling and writing financial plans. Experience and background: 1. Experience in financial planning with an investment bias 2. Dealing with clients on a daily basis both on the telephone and face to face 3. Experience in writing detailed reports Personality: Hardworking, dependable, committed, attention to detail, caring, honest, trustworthy and team player. Flexible. Does what it takes to get the job done
