Established for over 20 years, this Herts-based private practice requires a 3+ PQE solicitor to work on a mixed caseload of litigation files (not including PI and criminal).
This opportunity is offered as a direct result of continued growth and will suit a Solicitor seeking to better their work / life balance. Full back office support will be provided allowing you to concentrate on core fee earning activities.
The successful applicant will be exposed to a broad range of both contentious and non contentious work, both for standalone clients and also arising from corporate and property transactions, and will be able to demonstrate past experience of the same. It is likely the successful candidate will have good experience of non-contentious and contentious work and have experience as working as part of a regional team.
The role will report to the Senior Partner and requires a qualified solicitor with an excellent knowledge of the litigation process, an ability to work well with clients and who will enjoy participating in the growth of the firm.
This opportunity is offered on a self employed basis with the successful candidate earning 50% of each client invoice satisfied per month.
This opportunity is offered on a remote home working basis with an innovative paperless case model already operating successfully. Hot desk / meeting rooms are available on site as / when required.
