Programme Manager – Telecommunications Service Provider / Mobile Network Operator environment. The nature of this post demands proven programme management experience in a Telecommunications Service Provider or Mobile Network Operator environment. Our client are looking for a heavyweight Programme Manager who has a passion for Technology and Project delivery in equal measure. The role will own the Technology Product and Service delivery line of the business by coordinating, prioritising, monitoring and controlling between business functions, Group Technology, other Group Functions (CS, Fraud, Legal, Finance & Procurement …) and the Markets (countries) to realise the defined project benefits. This includes tracking progress against the Programme of works and Project plan. The Person: Key personal attributes they're looking for are agility, speed, attention to detail and willingness to get hands on in juggling multiple work streams in a fast paced environment fuelled with energy and a passion to solve problems and serve customers. The individual will need to have a steely determination and the ability to think ahead in a fast paced environment where success matters there are multiple inter-dependencies and priorities to juggle. You will need to think on your feet, take ownership and be adaptable in delivering new platforms, services, products and propositions across business units. This is not a role for the faint hearted. Skills: • Demonstrable record of managing projects of work in dynamic organisations • Ability to manage full lifecycle of delivery and ensure benefits are realised • Certification or training in formal project management methods such as Prince2 or an equivalent practice from a consultancy • Managing suppliers and partners • Familiar with AGILE methodology. Industry Experience: • Proven experience in the Telecommunications Service Provider or Mobile Network Operator environment.
