JOB TITLE Property Transfer Administrator
DEPARTMENT Property Transfer
1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To co-ordinate all the legal transactions of property owners; to ensure compliance with conditions of ownership; maintenance of records and assisting solicitors with enquiries regarding transfers, sales and re-mortgages of property.
2. POSITION IN ORGANISATION
Reports to Senior Property Transfer Administrator.
3. SCOPE OF JOB
Main Responsibilities:
Prioritise tasks to meet the needs and requirements of our customers.
- Inform all parties what is required of them on transfer and remortgage
- Respond and resolve telephone enquiries.
- Respond to all correspondence in a timely manner.
- Update the Accounts software system with information received and obtained.
- Register and distribute bank cheques to relevant departments
- Collate and dispatch of property sellers Information Packs
- Liaise with all departments to ensure correct information obtained for customers sales transfer and re-mortgages

PERSON SPECIFICATION
1. QUALIFICATIONS
GCSE English Language and Maths C grade or equivalent
2. EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service role preferably telephone based
- Experience of working in a varied and demanding role
- Experience of operating databases
3. KNOWLEDGE
An understanding of property management would be an advantage
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office
4. TECHNICAL SKILLS
Ability to manage difficult customers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask and organise workload effectively
- Strong letter writing skills
