Sales Office Manager
To be successful in your application you need to have relevant previous experience. The role demands an accomplished manager who has managed varied teams in an industrial manufacturing/distribution environment dealing with business customers.
We are looking to hear from confident, organised and enthusiastic managers who have proven experience of operating in pressured environments and have coached and motivated an internal sales team.

To manage the smooth and efficient running of the Sales Office.
A very busy environment handling telephone calls and customer orders.
Managing a team of 12+ including:
Field Sales Support
Liaison with nationwide external sales team
Ensuring correct input and orders and timely processes.
Managing promotional activity.
Key Account management.
Ensuring target achievement.
Overseeing recruitment, training and staff appraisals.
