Our client requires a Sales Support Executive to perform key support tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the department.
This is a highly varied role, which will see you taking on board many different responsibilities.
Your role will include the following:
•preparing all client documentation
•managing the concierge service
•occasionally answering main reservation lines and taking details of booking enquiries
•managing on- line bookings
•auditing confirmed bookings for correctness
•dealing with basic email booking enquiries
•monitoring the progress of hotel confirmations
data input of hotel and other contract details into the back office system
•adding content to web site
•day to day admin (e.g. brochures, agent liaison)
The right candidate will:
•have excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner
•be organised and have experience of working in an office environment
•experience within the Travel Industry would be advantageous but not essential
•have the ability to cope well under pressure and at the same time maintain high team spirit
•have a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
•be a self motivator and have the ability to work on own initiative as part of a small and friendly team.
