Business Systems Analyst (ERP in FM) – Three month contract (Inside IR35) – 90% Remote – £350/d

Our client is recruiting for a talented and self-motivated Business Systems Analyst to deliver an end-to-end map of business processes delivered by a UK-wide network of field-based scheduling technicians (any Facilities Management (FM) industry experience highly beneficial). Specifically, you will assess every aspect of how their bespoke ERP is integrated in these daily business operations. For this position, you will examine existing systems, report common issues, evaluate performance, and recommend new system procedures.

To excel in this position, you should be an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of business processes and business system analysis techniques. The ideal candidate be dedicated and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Examine, document and as-is process map current ERP business procedures.
• Identify effective solutions for business software system issues.
• Report common patterns, questions and other issues to management.
• Recommend solutions for improving and restructuring company procedures.
• Assess company performance, information, and plans by conducting regular tests and analysis.
• Monitor company systems status and report any progress or changes.
• Assess hardware and software needs and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business systems analyst with a demonstrable focus on process mapping.
• Significant experience analysing ERP solutions.

Business Analyst

Business Analyst / Operations Performance Analyst (mainly work from home / wfh / remote) – Process & Implementation – a challenging, rewarding vacancy for an experienced Analyst, reporting to the Operations Performance Manager. Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Creation & maintenance of processes to ensure all critical tasks are documented and remain relevant
  • Expectation to work in Northampton HQ periodically (couple of times per month)
  • Requirement to travel periodically to UK sites in order to fully understand the business

Test Automation Consultant

Test Automation Consultant (100% Remote to suit): Competitive Salary | Full Time, Permanent | Location: Remote / UK Wide – Our Client (a fast-growing analytics & testing consultancy) ) are looking for an experienced Test Automation consultant with hands on experience of various automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Appium, Alteryx, LoadRunner, SoapUI and Postman. Experience working in at least one of AWS, Azure or Google cloud platforms would be highly advantageous.

As a Test Automation consultant, you will be involved in the design and development of both their internal and client test automation frameworks. You will be working with market leading technologies and will be given continuous training on new tools and techniques. Our Client’s expanding Web team are looking for a Lead / Senior UX Designer to join a multi-skilled team of designers, developers and analysts. The Web team are responsible for a website across multiple channels – optimising them to ensure a smooth booking journey and the best browsing experience possible in order to maximise conversion rates and ultimately help the business to grow.

This role will at an exciting time as the business makes a strategic focus on improving the customer web experience. The team will be pivotal in delivering these changes to fulfil the goal of the programme.

About You:

You will have proven experience of successfully designing aesthetically-appealing e-commerce sites in a commercial environment and have a strong understanding of interaction design. You will have significant experience using design and prototyping tools such as Moqups, Sketch, Framer etc.

You will have a commercial approach to design, and be able to demonstrate the tangible benefit of any design changes made. You will be comfortable working with Agile methodologies in a collaborative team environment.

The Senior UX designer will apply their design skills to create aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly web design – conceiving and implementing ideas as part of a fast-moving programme of change designed to increase conversion – on both project work and regular, incremental updates to the website design.

In addition, the role will mentor and coach other Designers and take the lead in building relationships with the rest of the business to clarify the brand and aesthetic requirements for design, as well as understanding technical impediments in order to deliver the design changes.

Experience of working on large-scale e-commerce sites and using A/B testing methodologies would be very welcome, but aren’t essential. Experience of mentoring or managing a small team would be beneficial.
