Our Client are looking to recruit an experienced, very technical, very hands-on SQL Database Engineer / SQL DBA with a blue-chip employment background (MS SQL in Azure, SQL Server, Windows environment) as they undertake an exciting cutting-edge digital / cloud transformation project demanding transition into NoSQL. This is a genuine opportunity to influence the technical direction of the company regarding the full stack.

You will require experience in the following areas:

• All versions of SQL Server
• Agile and/or DevOps driven environments
• Azure cloud architecture
• Advanced SQL skills, complex queries and reverse engineering stored procedures
• Database design for OLTP – data modelling
• .Net & C# codebase
• Experience working with terabytes of production data
• ETL
• Ad hoc Report generation
