The successful candidate will really be able to make their mark, acting in a standalone capacity with responsibility for providing on-site, first-class technical support to c50 users, ensuring that their systems are always running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: • Responding to 1st – 3rd Line technical support queries raised by users via phone, email and in person. • Providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support for common hardware, software, and networking issues. • Resolving complex issues related to servers, databases, and (bespoke) applications. • Identifying and resolving problems related to infrastructure, network connectivity and IT security. • Maintaining accurate documentation of support requests and solutions.
