Technical Test Analyst (flex office / remote options): Personal Attributes:

 Minimum two years commercial experience as a either an automation tester or manual software tester
 Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
 Worked collaboratively in a team environment where Agile methods are used to schedule development work and software releases;
 Meticulous attention to detail with an inquisitive nature
 Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
 Excellent communicator at all levels
 A Team Player

Technical Test Analyst (flex office / remote options): Preferred Experience

• At least two years’ experience of testing in a TDD environment e.g. pairing with devs to collaborate on test design
• ‘Test first’ mentality, and the willingness to champion testing throughout the SDLC
• Solid understanding of automation concepts i.e. what should/shouldn’t be automated and a desire to expedite repetitive tasks using an appropriate automated solution
• Experience of creating, maintaining and running of automation tests
• Experience of building a test automation framework
• Good working knowledge of at least one programming language e.g. Java, PHP
• Good understanding of REST APIs and their concepts e.g. HTTP methods and response codes and the ability to write performance and regression tests for these and interpret the results;
• Ability to create and contribute to acceptance criteria in conjunction with technical product owners;
• Solid understanding of manual test principles including Exploratory Testing and Session Based Test Management
• Good working knowledge and experience of performance testing.
