As their newest Business Analyst, you will have the following key skills:

Business Analyst – Essential Experience:

• Experience of delivering process improvement (ideally around UX) using methodologies such as LEAN and Six Sigma.
• Improvement focussed within an Agile environment.
• Ability to facilitate and co-ordinate workshops for process mapping, problem solving and gathering business/user requirements.
• Proficiency in using mapping software.
• Confident communicator at all levels of the business.

Business Analyst – Desirable Experience:

• Cost benefit analysis.
• Understanding of databases, networks, and technology.
• Understanding of A/B testing.
• Commercial business awareness / experience and an understanding of the potential -commercial impact of decisions and website adjustments.

Please note: The working hours for this Business Analyst position will be 37.5 per week to be worked Monday – Friday. Hybrid-working is available with this position, allowing a mix of remote and office (c2 days per week) available to suit most candidate circumstances.

UX Researcher: Working as part of a multi-skilled team made up of designers, developers, product owners, researchers and analyst; the role of UX Researcher will be to make a strategic focus on improving user experience and will be pivotal in delivering changes to the wider business. You will be applying your knowledge to optimising the mobile app and other web applications, ensuring a smooth booking journey and the best browsing experience possible, to maximise conversion of browsing sessions to bookings/enquiries. As a UX Researcher, you will work conducting user research and analysing user behaviour, in order to improve existing site features and create new ones through A/B testing.

UX Researcher: Essential to have:

– UX Research experience.
– Experience with e-commerce websites.
– Experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Lead & Senior UX Designer(s)

Senior UX Designer – remote / work from home (wfh) / hybrid model to suit most candidate circumstances). Our Ecommerce client are experiencing a huge surge in demand and are undergoing one of their biggest periods of growth to date.

Our Client’s expanding Web team are looking for a Lead / Senior UX Designer to join a multi-skilled team of designers, developers and analysts. The Web team are responsible for a website across multiple channels – optimising them to ensure a smooth booking journey and the best browsing experience possible in order to maximise conversion rates and ultimately help the business to grow.

This role will at an exciting time as the business makes a strategic focus on improving the customer web experience. The team will be pivotal in delivering these changes to fulfil the goal of the programme.

About You:

You will have proven experience of successfully designing aesthetically-appealing e-commerce sites in a commercial environment and have a strong understanding of interaction design. You will have significant experience using design and prototyping tools such as Moqups, Sketch, Framer etc.

You will have a commercial approach to design, and be able to demonstrate the tangible benefit of any design changes made. You will be comfortable working with Agile methodologies in a collaborative team environment.

The Senior UX designer will apply their design skills to create aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly web design – conceiving and implementing ideas as part of a fast-moving programme of change designed to increase conversion – on both project work and regular, incremental updates to the website design.

In addition, the role will mentor and coach other Designers and take the lead in building relationships with the rest of the business to clarify the brand and aesthetic requirements for design, as well as understanding technical impediments in order to deliver the design changes.

Experience of working on large-scale e-commerce sites and using A/B testing methodologies would be very welcome, but aren’t essential. Experience of mentoring or managing a small team would be beneficial.

As their newest Data Analyst, you will be crucial in creating and delivering bespoke analysis and reports in line with requirements and briefs provided by the Commercial Finance team, understanding business objectives and challenges and identifying opportunities to use data to address them.

As their newest Data Analyst, you will hold the following key skills:

Essential Experience (SQL / Excel / Tableau) – remote / work from home (wfh) / hybrid model to suit most candidate circumstances):

  • A related University degree and/or similar relevant qualification
  • Passionate about analytics
  • Ability to manipulate data using SQL
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer (hybrid remote / work from home / wfh and office mix available to suit): This is an opportunity for a talented DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Linux and Cloud Platforms (AWS strongly preferred) to continually influence a DevOps culture in an award-winning employer (within a – relatively – regulation free sector). The team are making extensive use of AWS cloud tools including API Gateway, DynamoDB and ECS as well as EC2, RDS, Elasticache etc and are gradually bringing all of infrastructure under version control using Ansible and Terraform..

Technical Skills (for DevOps Engineer (hybrid remote / work from home / wfh and office mix available to suit):

• Experience of working with AWS to support cloud-based infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of key AWS technologies with EC2 as a minimum.
• Experience with the ‘infrastructure-as-code’ paradigm
• Good working knowledge of Linux server configuration, especially Apache or Nginx.
• Awareness of our key development tools, including PHP 7 and MySQL 5.5.
• Working knowledge of a CI tool such as Bamboo or Jenkins.
• Good experience of working with source code control systems such as Git.

• The role requires the successful candidate to design and develop infrastructure components within an agile team
• The successful candidate would need to take ownership for the automation, deployment and operation of significant layers of infrastructure
