As an experienced technical Project Manager, it’s essential you have a proven track record of planning and leading meetings, implementing and driving development through the entire sprint and delivery process. You will be expected to identify blockers preventing team members from completing their work.

• Day to day management of cross-platform initiatives
• Management of internal, offshore & 3rd party teams
• Technical leadership alongside internal and client business, development and infrastructure teams
• Manage the build of highly scalable, cloud-native applications on the GCP / AWS platforms using core developer services
• Cost optimisation
• Drive adoption of new emerging products and service, managing risk and commercial considerations with possible competitive advantages

• Proven experience in delivering cloud-based (AWS or GCP) projects and products
• Proven experience using a range of agile/scrum methods
• Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• Project management qualification
• Background working on digital transformations
• Knowledge of fundamentals of iterative agile development
• Understanding software development processes and procedures
• Experience of incremental delivery and the value of metrics
• Backlog tracking, service-oriented environments and best development practices

• Senior stakeholder management experience
• Proven track record of presenting and planning team meetings
• Excellent understanding of Jira, Jira customisation, Confluence, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment; CI/CD

Strongly prefer at least a partial blue-chip background; ideally technology-first companies like social media (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Instagram, etc.), Google or AWS partners, Digital disrupters (Deliveroo, Uber, Eventbrite, Babylon, etc.), mobile telcos., challenger banks (Monzo, Tide, Starling), etc. – with a structured and analytical (but not theoretical) approach to problem-solving.
