The dedicated internal Salesforce resource, you will act as the champion for Salesforce within the business, driving adoption. You will need to have both a strong technical background (administration and configuration – Apex / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / FinancialForce) and business facing skills – able to liaise with senior level executives to ensure successful delivery.

This is a key element of their digital transformation and this represents a great opportunity to get in at the early stages of implementation, thus being pivotal to the future success of the ERP programme of works.

Role: Salesforce Administrator / Subject Matter Expert
Location: Remote & North West London
Salary: £60,000-70,000 + benefits

Product Owner (hybrid remote / in office model): Our Client seek a passionate Product professional to own and maximise the value of their data-heavy digital product suite. This will involve guiding the team, ensuring commercial outcomes (incl pre-sales) are reached while balancing consistency of brand and content. You will be responsible for optimising the customer digital experience, ensuring that they have the best journey possible.

Product Owner – Key Responsibilities:

As Product Owner, you will provide well crafted, resilient online products that optimise the customer journey. The role includes identifying, sharing and spreading best practice throughout the business, and demonstrating excellent teamwork.

You will be accountable for delivery in the following areas:

Product Owner – Product Development

• Prioritisation of development changes generated by the team and the business

Junior DevSecOps Engineer

1st & 2nd Line Support Analyst / Junior DevSecOps Engineer

 

Office based 4 days a week (new HQ in Hampstead NW3), this position offers the successful candidate a huge opportunity to learn new technologies like Google Workspace, Salesforce and Financialforce and Cisco Meraki as well as Jira, Confluence etc.

 

Essential Experience:

 

  • 4 years 1st / 2nd line support experience building, maintaining, troubleshooting office systems including laptops, mobiles, printers, networks, monitors, etc helping office based and field based users with modern applications including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, as well as other traditional products (MS Office suite etc).
  • Previous experience of working in a service desk operation utilising service management tools e.g. ServiceNow, Jira etc.
  • Strong working knowledge or MS Windows desktop and server operating system
  • Strong working knowledge of desktop, laptop and server hardware
  • Strong knowledge of the MS office suite of applications
  • Good working knowledge of networking to include, firewalls, Routers, TCP IP and structured cabling

 

Desirable Experience:

 

  • MS SQL
  • Desktop scripting
  • Previous experiencing working with Cloud computing and virtualisation, beneficial but not essential – Azure / AWS / GCP.
  • Any exposure to Sage advantageous

2nd/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

2nd/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer – in the DevSecOps team – must come from a structured blue chip employment background and have exposure to cloud environments, be passionate about InfoSec, plus offer the technical expertise detailed below. Looking for someone with a total of 8 – 10 years’ experience, majority in a similar role / offering good career progression. The 2nd/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer will ensure that servers and networking devices operate efficiently, securely and with appropriate failover and recovery strategies in place. The Infrastructure Engineer provides a 2nd / 3rd line fault resolution escalation point through Jira helpdesk and engaging with internal customers (users) and suppliers as required.

Ideally, the Infrastructure Engineer should be familiar with current legislation and to proactively contribute to procurement decisions driven by company growth, compliance and continual improvement.

Knowledge and Skills (not limited to):


ESSENTIAL

 

  • Core expertise across Azure, infrastructure, VMs, app servers, SQL servers, security, Active Directory etc.
  • Experience of Hyper-V or VMware / setting up and backing up virtual machines, data migration.
  • A Microsoft qualification in Server management (2008, 2012, 2016).
  • Knowledge of firewalls, creation of VPN’s, Nat and forwarding – Cisco Meraki or similar
    Experience of backup technologies (Backup Exec, Veeam , Zerto etc.) and DR testing
  • Good communication and user engagement skills and SLA management

PREFERABLE

 

  • Knowledge of Sage in cloud
  • Experience of (and demonstrable interest in) cloud technologies –  Google Workspace (G Suite) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Salesforce
  • DevOps tools and technologies like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Jenkins etc.

A self-starter with excellent organisational skills, able to work with minimal supervision. Possessing excellent communication skills, able to explain technical challenges and champion change.
