They are now looking to recruit another Data Engineering Consultant with core technical experience within Azure / Databricks / SQL – ideally gained within Financial Services.

You will be working with teams of data experts on varied and challenging projects within a client portfolio of Financial Services heavyweights ranging from Tier-1 Investment & Retail Banks to emerging challenger banks and established insurance providers.

Requirements:

• Professional Azure certification(s).
• Strong SQL skills for querying and creation of views/tables, functions, and stored procedures.
• Delivery experience using industry leading data ingestion tools – ideally Databricks.
• Project experience using any of the following technologies: Microsoft Power BI, SAS, Teradata, Python, Snowflake etc.
• Cross and multi-platform experience.
• Financial services sector experience.
• Multi-skilled experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Data Quality, Data Integration, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, Data Science and Business Intelligence.

Requirements:

• Multi skilled experience in the concepts and delivery of Data Strategy & Governance. For example: Data Policies, Data Standards, Data Governance Framework, Data Quality Framework, Metadata Management, Master Data Management, Management Information and Data and Analytics.
• The ability to deliver data strategy & governance tasks as part of a wider framework.
• Project experience in defining and implementing data quality rules as well as having the ability to develop reporting to support the review and remediation of DQ issues that may be identified.
• Project experience with the use of data strategy & governance tools such as Informatica (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) – Essential), Collibra, MS Purview, Snowflake, Snowsight.

To be considered for this post, you must offer demonstrable employment experience in the UK charity sector providing CRM-based systems services (Salesforce preferred but FULL TRAINING PROVIDED).

Reporting to the Head of Systems and Management Information, the role of the CRM Solutions Analyst is to support data solutions and development initiatives.

You will work effectively with the wider team to manage the customer relationship management systems, ensuring they are optimally configured, customised, and integrated with other systems to maximise operational efficiency, support business processes, and help achieve strategic goals.

You will work closely with other stakeholders such as IT, Finance, and senior leaders to ensure that data is integrated across the organisation and that data-driven insights are used to improve business processes and outcomes.

Also responsible for building and maintaining customisations, integrations, and add-ons to the CRM system and other business applications. This could include dashboards, workflows, business rules, reports, and other customisations that help staff to manage and monitor their work.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify business needs and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Create documentation and training materials to support technical solutions.
• Create user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials for end-users and support staff.
• Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

Salary: £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, and with hybrid working those hours can be done any time between 7am – 7pm. Core working hours are 10am – 3pm. 2 days per week in the central London HQ, in line with hybrid working framework.

Tasked with curating and delivering end user training, this role is crucial in ensuring that staff have the skills and confidence to embrace the new CRM system, which is a core part of their broader data management and organisational transformation strategy.The role requires Trainers with experience in database development and deployment, technical-skills training, agile project management, and learner management systems.
In addition, you should have strong organisational skills and be an excellent communicator, with good knowledge of Dynamics 365 / Model Driven Power Apps, Office 365, and various training methodologies.
