CRM Solutions Manager (Standalone) – Charity sector experience essential – £62,500 + excellent benefits – Hybrid 2 days/wk in London HQ

To be considered for this post, you must offer demonstrable employment experience in the UK charity sector providing CRM-based systems services (Salesforce preferred but FULL TRAINING PROVIDED).

Reporting to the Head of Systems and Management Information, the role of the CRM Solutions Manager is to support data solutions and development initiatives.

Purpose of the role

Manage the customer relationship management systems, ensuring they are optimally configured, customised, and integrated with other systems to maximise operational efficiency, support business processes, and help achieve strategic goals.

Work closely with other stakeholders such as IT, Finance, and senior leaders to ensure that data is integrated across the organisation and that data-driven insights are used to improve business processes and outcomes.

Build and maintain customisations, integrations, and add-ons to the CRM system and other business applications. This could include dashboards, workflows, business rules, reports, and other customisations that help staff to manage and monitor their work.

Key responsibilities and outcomes.

• Work with the Business Analyst to identify business needs and requirements. Includes participating in meetings with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Creating detailed documentation that outlines technical requirements, such as system architecture, design, and functionality.
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements. Creating and reviewing system design documents, working with developers to implement solutions, and ensuring that solutions align with technical standards and guidelines. Also includes analysing technical constraints and potential challenges to ensure that solutions are feasible and can be implemented within the desired timeframe.
• Create documentation and training materials to support technical solutions. Creating user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials for end-users and support staff.
• Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

Salary: £62,500 per annum plus excellent benefits
Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, and with hybrid working those hours can be done any time between 7am – 7pm. Core working hours are 10am – 3pm. 2 days per week in the central London HQ, in line with hybrid working framework.

Our Client are looking for an experienced Data Solutions Architect to be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in the design and development of their client’s Data Solutions, namely cloud data platforms, IoT analytics, data integration and migration projects.

The role will involve direct management of senior technical staff from both a line management and coaching / mentoring perspective. Therefore, prior technical and team lead experience is essential.

Experience should include:

Designing cloud data platforms in either Azure / AWS or significant on-premise design experience.
5+ years prior experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles.
Extensive ETL and data pipeline design experience, technology agnostic.
Understanding of data warehouse and data lake principles.
Demonstrable data modelling capabilities
Expert SQL skills

CRM Trainer

London based Charity are looking to recruit a skilled CRM Trainer to support the implementation of Dynamics 365 (Model Driven Power Apps) within the organisation, on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Tasked with curating and delivering end user training, this role is crucial in ensuring that staff have the skills and confidence to embrace the new CRM system, which is a core part of their broader data management and organisational transformation strategy.

The role requires Trainers with experience in database development and deployment, technical-skills training, agile project management, and learner management systems.
In addition, you should have strong organisational skills and be an excellent communicator, with good knowledge of Dynamics 365 / Model Driven Power Apps, Office 365, and various training methodologies.
The role also requires Trainers with qualifications in Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) and preferably any functional consultant qualification(s).
